Walks around Bristol

I asked my local mums Facebook group recently: Tell me about some nice, short walks which we could enjoy with our 1-year-old (in the pushchair or baby carrier) and 3-year-old. The autumn leaves are nearly gone but when the weather is dry and not too cold at the weekends, we love to get out and about and breathe some delicious fresh air.

Here’s what they came up with.

Family-Friendly Walks in the Bristol Area

  • Kingsweston House
  • Leigh Woods
  • Ashton Court
  • Snuff Mills and Oldbury Court (walk up the stream to cafe and play area at the top)
  • Stoke Bishop Nature Reserve
  • Willsbridge Mill (has a brass rubbings trail)
  • Blaise Castle

Where are your favourite walks in the Bristol area?
